These don't require refrigeration prior to cutting out and I love that! Less planning ahead for me :) I have one recipe similar to this, but I'm going to branch out. I'll let you know how they turn out!

Those sound fun and easy! The recipe I used for Christmas sugar cookies was the yummiest one I'd ever had, but required refrigeration. I might have to try these. :)
Okay, so I ended up using my old non-refridgerating recipe because I was in a hurry and wanted to make sure they were easy and good! Another day I'll get to this one :)
